Capability Design Lead

Clown Doctors Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced Capability Design Lead to help create the frameworks, resources and systems that will support performer capability across Clown Doctors Australia for years to come. 

Working closely with our Artistic Director, you’ll transform knowledge, experience and best practice into practical learning resources and capability frameworks that strengthen consistency, support growth and help sustain the quality and impact of our work nationwide. 

This is a rare opportunity to contribute behind the scenes to a uniquely skilled workforce and play a key role in shaping the future of our programs.
